What the portal publishes
This agency publishes all five headline figures the template offers.
DMPD Policy 432.7 Restrictions on Collection and Use of ALPR Data The Department shall not use an automated license plate reader system or ALPR data for: -Immigration investigations or enforcement, as provided in RCW 10.93.160. -Investigations involving protected health care services under Chapter 7.115 RCW. -Tracking or otherwise monitoring activity protected by the state and federal constitutions The Department shall not collect ALPR data on, immediately surrounding, or providing access to or from: -Facilities providing protected health care services. -Facilities conducting immigration matters, as defined in RCW 19.154.020. -Elementary or secondary schools. -Places of worship. -Courts. -Food banks.

This portal among the others
What a portal cannot tell you is what the department signed. For one agency in these three states this project holds the contracts, the statement of work, the drone agreement, the council minutes and three radio broadcasts, and reads them against the portal line by line: Las Cruces, New Mexico. The pattern that read found - a camera count defined to exclude the video cameras, a withheld search audit, a sharing list that stops at the state line while the contract does not - is what the comparisons on the map test against every other portal.
