This portal among the others
What a portal cannot tell you is what the department signed. For one agency in these three states this project holds the contracts, the statement of work, the drone agreement, the council minutes and three radio broadcasts, and reads them against the portal line by line: Las Cruces, New Mexico. The pattern that read found - a camera count defined to exclude the video cameras, a withheld search audit, a sharing list that stops at the state line while the contract does not - is what the comparisons on the map test against every other portal.
